Nope, you can't feel much or hear anything while a plane goes supersonic. The only people who would hear the "boom" are observers on the ground. Inside the aircraft, there may be a slight jolt, or you'll notice condensation in the shockwaves, depending on the weather and altitude.

you cant really tell cause your inside the aircraft. they were design to help resist g force in some scenarios that is. but it must feel great

It's really not notice except rare occasions. And no, your hearing is fine. If there was ABSOLUTELY nothing else going on, very rare with going supersonic, you could feel the bow wave give way. I was probably flyng the Viper a year before I felt it the first time and like I said, nothing else could be going on or your miss it.
