Do All DSLRs Have Noise Reduction Technology?

Actually I am speaking specifically about the Rebel Xti of Canon.
If the answer is Yes, then how good is it?

The XTi has noise reduction, it works quite well, although it does slow the processing of the photo quite a bit on the CF card, thereby slowing the number of consecutive shots you can manage.
