		<description>The Teac appears to be a Dolby encoder/decoder unit (which I am unfamilar with).  Microphone levels and phonograph levels are probably not all that different (both go through a preamp), but the EQ curve is sure to be different.  Give it a try, the worst that can happen is that it doesn't work or sounds funny.  You will need the Teac to also play back the recorded sound properly.
