		<description>Many years ago our school needed sound deadened walls.  We collected the paper type cartons for a dozen eggs.  The tops were opened and we stapled them to the walls and ceiling.  It was nearly free and worked quite well.
Today someone might do the same thing but first cover the walls with sterofoam.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
