		<description>All you really need is a sequencing program like fruity loops on your computer to make beats.  If you want to sample things then I would recomend getting a turntable to sample sounds into your sequencer.  If you want to play out the sounds then get an oxygen 8 keyboard that plugs into your pc usb.  I have this keyboard and for a cheap keyboard it works pretty good.  There is a tiny delay when you push the keys down for processing though but it isn't really that noticeable.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
