microphone- a medium quality microhone will probably run you around 100 dollars. make sure you get a STANDARD sized microphone- i got a large one, and it made things a little bit more complicated lol. a good microphone when you're mobile isn't always a good microphone when you're standing in one place.

mic stand- cheaper the better lol, since all it does is stand there. probably run you around 30 bucks.

mic holder- if your mic doesn't come with one, around 15 dollars

pop filter- 15 to 30 bucks- I CAN'T STRESS HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS. PERIOD.

shock mount- not as much a necessity, depending on where you're recording.

speakers- not REALLY a necessity if you're only recording. if you have some larger speakers you can connect to your computer, they should do the trick.

programs- i use audacity. look it up. you can probably get a pirated acidpro also.

sound proofing can get rediculous, you can either put blankets on your walls, or you can buy the real stuff, which is about 100 dollars for 8×8 ft. of soundproof foam.
