Has anybody tried this sound barrier that is made of vinyl?

It is thin but it is really heavy. Would it stop sound bleeding through a door by simply sticking it all along the back side of the door?

I’ve never heard of this. Could you give more info? Is it used for soundproofing? Where did you find it? Thanks!
