Just flying faster than the speed of sound, You aren’t breaking anything actually. Just going trough that ammount of MP/H KM/H or KTS. that’s just called; ”breaking” the sound barrier.

no, “breaking the sound barrier” is going from subsonic (less than the speed) to supersonic. “transonic” is a term that is used to cover speeds that are both subsonic AND supersonic due to them having very similar aerodynamics that are different from either slower subsonic or faster supersonic speeds. typically, transonic will cover a range of mach 0.8-1.2.

actually that’s not breaking the sound barrier, that’s the load factor, when you pull G’s in warm-humid condition, the increased wing loading and decreased pressure above the wings contribute to the formation of a distinctive condensation cloud… everybody says that this is breaking sound barrier, but its not..
